Resellers. Are you based in New Zealand?
I have several clients there and moved to Australia a year ago. I still do support over phone and email and make the odd update to one of the sites. I charge a marked-up reseller fee and my clients pay monthly.
I want to move away from supporting these clients and am hoping to find a 'local' reseller to hand them over to as they would probably feel more comfortable with this.
I'd like make this transition before the end of Feb.
